Job Description
The Aviation Transportation Representative coordinates air cargo and passenger logistics, liaises with airlines, ground handlers, and regulatory agencies to ensure safe, compliant, and timely transport.
Key duties include monitoring shipments, preparing documentation (airwaybills, customs clearance, permits), arranging ground transfers, resolving delays, and maintaining accurate operational records while enforcing safety and security procedures.
Requirements: diploma or degree in aviation/logistics, 1–3 years’ experience, knowledge of IATA and customs rules, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and flexibility for shift work.
