Job Description
Alustruct Engineering is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will:
- Understand and positively address customer queries, aiming for swift resolution.
- Collaborate with influencers for effective tie-ups.
- Assist and communicate effectively with customers.
- Handle product packaging and ensure correct labeling of addresses.
- Manage orders through our website and Instagram.
- Exhibit strong English communication skills.
- Coordinate product deliveries with shipping vendors.
