Job Description
AlphaStream IT Solutions is seeking a dedicated US Non-IT Recruiter to help us find the best candidates to meet our clients’ technological needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying job requirements by collaborating with employers.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, internal systems, and networking.
- Conducting interviews to connect candidates with employers.
- Managing the entire hiring process from screening to onboarding.
- Understanding various industries, including automobile and solar energy.
- Using diverse methods to find suitable candidates.
