Job Description
We are hiring for the position of International Customer Service Representative at ALPHA GLOBAL LOGISTICS in Delhi. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the courier industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking shipments, handling client queries, coordinating customs clearance, and providing rate quotations and documentation guidance. You’ll also liaise with international courier partners and agents to ensure a smooth transit and customs clearance while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹600,00.00 – ₹800,00.00 per annum
