Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users with issues, particularly in Outlook configuration and O365 installation.
- Help with installation and troubleshooting of computer components.
- Assist in the maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Participate in software updates and operating system installations.
- Maintain records of configurations and troubleshooting steps.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹180,00.00 – ₹192,00.00 per year
