Role Overview: As a Chat Support / Customer Service Executive, you will handle sales inquiries for sarees via WhatsApp, responding to customer queries in fluent English or Telugu and assisting with order conversions.
Requirements: Excellent written communication skills, proactive customer handling, and basic knowledge of saree types. Freshers are welcome to apply!
