IATA STAFF PREFERRED
This position requires an individual who possesses excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking tickets, checking passengers in, managing cancellations and refunds, assisting with lost baggage, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
