Job Description
AIT Global Inc is hiring a US Recruiter (4–8 years) for an onsite role in Kharadi. Working US fixed shift (7:30 PM–4:30 AM IST), you will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Engineering, DOD‑Federal, and Healthcare roles, operating within MSP/VMS models. Responsibilities include sourcing via headhunting, portals and Boolean searches, maintaining ATS and candidate databases, ensuring US visa/work‑authorization compliance (H1B, TN, GC, OPT/CPT, W2), screening, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Strong communication, negotiation, multitasking, and prior US staffing experience with direct clients are required. Bachelor’s preferred; full-time permanent.
