Job Description
AISWARYA WHEELS is seeking a motivated Customer Care Executive to join our team. You will handle daily service appointment calls, remind customers of their scheduled services, and assist with bookings.
Your role includes following up on appointments, providing service reminders, and supporting customers during peak hours. Daily reporting to the Service Manager and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system is essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
Work Location: In person. Schedule: Day shift.
