Job Description
We are Aimfill International College of Aviation, seeking a dynamic and organized Academic Coordinator to oversee our aviation training programs. The ideal candidate will facilitate coordination between faculty, students, and administration, upholding academic standards while supporting student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily class schedules and academic activities.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and performance.
- Organize assessments, workshops, and events.
- Address student inquiries and offer guidance.
- Ensure adherence to academic policies and training standards.
Requirements:
- Background in Aviation (Diploma or Degree).
- Prior experience in academic coordination preferred; freshers welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
