Job Description
AGS LOGISTICS LLP is seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Support professional. Key responsibilities include providing first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, troubleshooting desktops and laptops, and assisting with system installations.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 6 months to 1 year of IT support experience, and a basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
