Job Description
AGS HEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a dedicated Staff Assistant to help with administrative and HR tasks. The candidate will assist in preparing documents, scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and managing office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare paperwork and update databases
- Schedule appointments and arrange staff travel
- Organize employee records
- Answer employee queries or forward to HR
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Arrange conference rooms and distribute materials
- Assist with project support
