AgMatrix Consultancy Pvt. Ltd seeks a full-time Sales Officer for Sangareddy & Parkal, Telangana. Requirements: 3+ years sales experience with at least 1 year in agricultural sales, any bachelor’s degree. Salary: 3.6 LPA; reporting to RBH. Key responsibilities: generate leads, improve conversion rates, conduct sales pitches and presentations, identify customers, expand clusters into new districts, work closely with rural farmers, and design strategies to boost sales. Ideal candidate is target-driven, customer-focused, willing to live in rural India, enjoys building teams, thrives with autonomy, and aims to grow into a Cluster Head role.
