Job Description
Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for our BPO Voice Process. The ideal candidate must possess at least 5 years in BPO Voice Operations with a minimum of 2 years in team handling. Key responsibilities include leading the voice support team, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Salary: ₹5 LPA – 8 LPA, commensurate with experience.
