Job Description
Location: Padivattom, Ernakulam
Salary: ₹20,00 to ₹25,00 per month

We are seeking a dedicated Voice Support Specialist fluent in Hindi or Tamil and English. Your role will include providing exceptional customer support, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring personalized customer interactions without scripted responses.
Qualifications: Any degree with excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to adapt to customer needs. Experience in customer relations is a plus, but freshers are welcome!
