Join our team at ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD as an Entry-Level Call Centre Representative! As a vital part of our customer service department, you will be responsible for:

• Handling outbound calls.
• Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers.
• Maintaining customer records and updating databases.
• Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Aiming to achieve service metrics targets.
• Adhering to company policies and quality standards.

This is a full-time position with a pay range of ₹9,790.80 – ₹17,983.19 per month. Benefits include health insurance. The work location is in person.
