Job Description
ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Your main tasks will include efficiently handling a high volume of calls, following communication scripts, and identifying customer needs to provide appropriate solutions. You’ll also have opportunities to upsell products and build lasting customer relationships while keeping accurate records in our database. Continuous learning through educational seminars will be encouraged.
