Job Description
ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will monitor and evaluate incoming and outgoing calls for quality assurance, assess agents’ communication skills, and provide constructive feedback. You will also identify process improvements, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with various teams to enhance overall service quality.
This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, offering a salary ranging from ₹11,580.65 to ₹17,375.39 per month. Benefits include a Provident Fund and an in-person work environment.
