Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD in a non-voice process role. Responsibilities include:

• Responding to inquiries regarding orders and products.
• Resolving complaints and providing solutions.
• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
• Escalating complex issues to senior support.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handling post-sales requests for returns or refunds.
• Collecting customer feedback for service improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher | Pay: ₹12,900.00 – ₹17,900.00 per month
