Job Description
Join our team at Advanced GroHair & GloSkin Clinic as a Customer Care Executive! We are looking for a dynamic individual who will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Monitor invoices and manage billing processes efficiently.
- Create duty rosters and manage leave for front office & OPD service coordinators.
- Provide regular updates to team members.
- Work on weekends with a weekday off option.
- Preferred experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Aesthetic Industries.
- Must possess fluency in English and have Tele Calling experience.
- Female candidates only.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹22,00/month
