Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator with expertise in air-conditioning equipment service coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English and Malayalam, excellent computer proficiency, and the ability to write clearly.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operations of the service team, manage service calls, liaise with vendors for spare parts, assign jobs to technicians, and maintain accurate service records.
Preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 years in service coordination within a technical services company, preferably HVAC.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Location: Cochin, Kerala (preferred)
