Job Summary: We are seeking an Outbound Customer Care Executive to support and engage with franchise partners at Aditya Birla Group. This role involves making outbound calls for follow-ups, resolving queries, collecting feedback, and ensuring franchise satisfaction.
Requirements: Graduate with 1-3 years in outbound calling. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Target-driven.
