Job Description
We are hiring a .NET Lead at Adithi Softwares in Trivandrum. Full-time, in-person role for candidates with minimum 5 years .NET experience. Responsibilities include leading a developer team, designing scalable .NET/ASP.NET Core solutions, enforcing coding standards, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and participating in architecture decisions. Required skills: C#, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, RESTful services, Git; frontend familiarity with JavaScript and Angular/React preferred. Mandatory qualifications: BE/B.Tech (CS/E&C), M.Sc. (Computer Science), or MCA. Compensation: ₹57,00–₹60,00 per month. Position: Dotnet 5 years experience.
