Job Description
Adi’s Creation is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. This position is suited for both freshers and experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and follow up.
Requirements: Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 5 months in BPO. Minimum HS education. Excellent English communication skills preferred.
Salary: Freshers: Up to ₹16,00/month; Experienced: ₹17,00 – ₹30,00/month.
