Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Student Counselor to advise students on career and educational goals, university choice, course planning, document requirements, and loan/financial aid guidance. Responsibilities include identifying strengths and weaknesses, monitoring progress, intervening on academic or behavioral concerns, connecting students with resources, and applying institutional policies. Required skills: strong communication, counseling, sales aptitude, quick learning, Malayalam proficiency, and academic advising. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹13,00–₹22,00 per month. Benefits: paid sick time and paid time off. Candidates should be able to commute or relocate to Changanacheri, Kerala; work location: in person.
