Job Description
Addon Solutions is seeking a motivated Front Office Admin to oversee administrative staff and ensure optimal performance. Key responsibilities include managing agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management, as well as handling phone calls and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, create and update records with personnel and financial data, track office supplies, and handle billing tasks in the front office section.
