Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Addon Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and finance, with at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing construction plans, preparing quantity requirements, liaising with various stakeholders, and documenting design changes. Strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a valid driver’s license are essential for this role. A diploma is preferred, and proficiency in Malayalam is a plus.
