Job Description
MyHR Live Support Advisor provides real-time assistance to employees and managers using the MyHR platform. You will answer live chat, email and phone queries, diagnose basic HRIS issues, guide users through features, document interactions and escalate complex cases to HR operations. Required: excellent communication, customer-service mindset, basic HRIS knowledge, problem-solving, and ability to work shifts.
