Job Description
ACIDUS is seeking enthusiastic freshers to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling team as AR Callers. In this role, you will contact insurance companies in the US to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding pending medical claims.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials and payment issues.
- Document actions on accounts in the billing system.
- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives and internal teams.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
Salary: ₹11,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
