Job Description

Date: Dec 20, 2025 | Location: Dahanu, India. ACG Worldwide seeks a Printing and Inspection Technician to operate and inspect ATS/printing/camera lines, follow CTQ/CTP checklists and SOPs, and minimize changeover time. Responsibilities include executing hourly IPQC and camera operations, coordinating with contract associates, performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure line uptime, recording downtime and rejections, reporting post-production losses, and supporting CAPA, cGMP/GDP compliance and safety. The role also involves assisting during color changes/breakdowns, machine cleaning, shift handovers, and continuous communication of attribute defects. Qualification: ITI Fitter.
