Job Description
We seek a Stewarding Executive to lead ACCOR’s stewarding team, ensuring high standards of sanitation, equipment care, and inventory control. Responsibilities include supervising and training stewards, delegating tasks, overseeing cleaning and maintenance of kitchens and dishwashing areas, managing stock of cutlery, glassware and cleaning supplies, enforcing food safety and workplace health protocols, coordinating with chefs and managers to support service flow, and supervising equipment maintenance and repairs to prevent operational downtime.
