Job Description

We are hiring a Food and Beverage Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet and seat guests, take orders, handle billing, coordinate with kitchen staff, and resolve guest requests promptly. Strong communication, friendly attitude, cash handling and basic POS skills required. Prior F&B or hospitality experience and knowledge of food safety standards preferred. Must be flexible with shifts, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure as part of a team.
