Job Description
Accodify360 is seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Executive to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests, handle complaints, build relationships, coordinate with departments, monitor VIP arrivals, maintain guest preferences, assist with travel arrangements, and promote hotel services.
Requirements: Experience in hospitality, excellent communication skills, problem-solving attitude, professional demeanor, proficiency in hotel management software, fluency in English, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹9,264.92 – ₹20,040.47 per month | Benefits: Food provided | Work Location: In person
