Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order to Cash Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition of customer orders from the initial stage through to invoicing and cash collection.
Your responsibilities will include processing customer orders, managing accounts receivable, and resolving any discrepancies in orders and payments. You will work closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to enhance the customer experience.
