Job Description

Join us as a Customer Service Associate (Voice) handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and account issues. You will use CRM systems to log interactions, escalate when needed, and ensure timely follow-up. We seek a professional with excellent verbal communication, patience, active listening, problem-solving skills, and basic computer literacy. Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus. Responsibilities include meeting quality and productivity targets, following scripts, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
