Job Description
Accenture is seeking a skilled Network & Services Operations Representative to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements across Fulfillment and Assurance.
You will manage back office system data records, support customer activations, and troubleshoot network performance issues. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Enterprise Network Operations is required, along with a strong understanding of network protocols and security measures.
Candidates should possess proficiency in monitoring tools and documentation practices. A 15 years full-time education is mandatory.
