Job Description

Build and maintain relationships with agents and clients through regular field visits. Meet clients to explain services, membership plans and benefits; assist with profile creation, documentation, verification and onboarding; generate and follow up leads, assess needs and convert prospects; maintain communication, collect feedback, resolve issues and meet monthly targets. Requirements: HS pass, 6–12 months field sales experience, fluent in Bengali, willing to travel, based near Hugli or ready to relocate. Full-time, in-person role with travel allowance, health insurance and provident fund.
