Job Description
Location: Kakkanad
Abj Associates is looking for a skilled Tele Caller to join our IT division. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a degree, and experience in customer interaction. IT or BPO experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to promote IT products/services.
- Handle inbound queries professionally.
- Maintain records in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly targets.
