Reports to: Production Manager / Plant Head
Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Incharge to oversee the production and fabrication of Mild Steel components for aluminium formwork systems, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute production schedules.
- Supervise fabrication processes and ensure quality.
- Inspect materials and maintain inventory.
- Train and lead the fabrication team.
- Enforce safety protocols in the workplace.
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,144.64 – ₹50,454.70 per month
