Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Talent Acquisition professional to join our team at Abhidi. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates for various job openings, conducting initial screening interviews, and managing candidate profiles through our Applicant Tracking System.
Ideal candidates should possess a Master’s degree in HR or a related field, with 0-1.5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT. Strong communication skills and a passion for HR are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a salary of ₹350,00.00 – ₹400,00.00 per year, along with benefits such as health insurance and flexible schedules.
