Job Description
Responsibilities: Handle customer complaints, resolve queries via email and phone, track orders, and arrange styles upon request. Engage with customers on social media and upsell products.
Experience/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field, minimum 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, knowledge of CRM systems.
Timings: 1st Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM, 3rd Shift: 2:00 AM – 10:30 AM.
Pay: ₹30,00 – ₹40,00 per month.
