Job Description
A housekeeping supervisor oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. This role requires addressing guest complaints and ensuring a safe work environment. Note: A two-wheeler and driver’s license are compulsory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies
- Address guest complaints swiftly
- Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams
