Job Description
A2Z Institute is seeking a dedicated Booking Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will manage client inquiries, bookings, and communications effectively. Main responsibilities include:
- Responding to client inquiries regarding services, availability, and pricing.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments while maintaining accurate records.
- Regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Maintaining booking information in our database.
- Processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Proactively solving problems related to bookings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month

Requirements
