Job Description
We seek a skilled Barista/Senior Barista to craft exceptional coffee and deliver warm customer experiences at A26 Flourish Cafe Private Limited. Responsibilities include preparing espresso and manual brews, ensuring taste and presentation consistency, operating POS, maintaining bar and café cleanliness, managing stock and daily prep, following hygiene and SOPs, and training junior staff (Senior role). Barista: 6 months–2 years’ café experience; Senior: 2–4 years with technical, leadership and equipment calibration skills. Full-time, permanent. Salary ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits: health and life insurance, leave encashment. On-site role; energetic, customer-focused candidates preferred.
