Job Description
Join A TO Z Supermarkets as a Floor Supervisor. You will oversee daily sales floor operations, supervise and coach staff, ensure product availability, correct pricing and attractive merchandising, enforce FIFO and stock rotation, handle customer inquiries, coordinate replenishment with inventory and back-store teams, report floor issues and sales feedback, and support audits, promotions and peak-hour operations. Candidates should have 3–5 years retail/supermarket experience, secondary or bachelor’s education preferred, basic POS and inventory knowledge, strong communication, team leadership, problem-solving and time-management skills, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends. Full-time, on-site position.
