Job Description
Jalan Group of Industries is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter Officer to join our team. This role involves head hunting management across job portals including Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include preliminary CV screening, conducting telephonic interactions, and arranging interviews.
You will maintain a recruitment matrix and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we attract the best talent.
