Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling / Customer Support

Role Responsibilities:
- Explain products to customers and obtain their confirmation before disbursement.
- Follow up with the sales team for case closure.
- Manage internal disbursement systems.
- Review KYC and required documentation prior to finance submission.
Job Type: Full-time
