Job Description
Ajanta Joss Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our General Manager (GM). In this full-time role, you will manage the GM’s calendar, organize internal reviews, and handle confidential correspondence. You will draft communications with clarity, track action items, and coordinate with vendors and clients. Additionally, you will maintain filing systems and assist in preparing business presentations.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹24,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as leave encashment and a provident fund. Proficiency in English is required, and the position is in-person at our office.
Requirements
