Job Description
MGS GOLD is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, generate sales leads, and identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. You will provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools, and meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
