Job Description
We are looking for an RCU FRM Team Member at Kotak Mahindra to enhance the detection and prevention of fraud in mobile banking, net banking, and UPI transactions, thereby minimizing financial losses. Key responsibilities include real-time monitoring of transactions, immediate out-calling to cardholders for transaction confirmation, and preparing various MIS reports.
Applicants should possess a minimum of 1-year experience in fraud monitoring, effective communication skills, and proficiency in MS-Office, particularly Excel. The position requires working in shifts for real-time transaction monitoring.
